REFUND POLICY
Print-on-Demand Products All our products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because each item is custom printed after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on orders unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at brymcox@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Items that no longer fit
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor printing variations (slight colour differences due to screen settings)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at brymcox@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at brymcox@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at brymcox@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
